At NAÏA, we want you to have a satisfying experience with every cup. That's why, if you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a clear and straightforward return policy.
📦 Returns (Right of withdrawal)
According to current regulations, you have a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order to exercise your right of withdrawal.
How to request a return?

Package the product in its original packaging, unopened and untouched, and place it in a protective box or envelope.

Drop it off at the courier office.

We will process the refund once the product has been received and inspected.
Conditions:

Only returns of products unopened and with the seal intact will be accepted.

The amount will be refunded to the same payment method within 3 to 10 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless there was an error on our part or the product was defective).
📦 Undelivered or refused shipments
If the package is returned to us due to "incorrect address," "not collected," or "undelivered," you can choose between:

Product refund (excluding shipping costs)

Reshipment of the order at no additional cost (once confirmed)
⚠️ Important:
If you refuse delivery without prior notification, and the package does not return to our warehouse, we will not be able to process the refund.

If multiple bags were purchased, only one opened unit will be refunded

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

Products tampered with, broken, or without their original packaging
