Refund and Returns Policy – NAÏA Functional


At NAÏA, we want you to have a satisfying experience with every cup. That's why, if you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a clear and straightforward return policy.


📦 Returns (Right of withdrawal)

According to current regulations, you have a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order to exercise your right of withdrawal.

How to request a return?

  1. Email us at info@drinknaia.com with:

    • Your order number

    • The product you wish to return

    • Reason (optional, but helps us improve)

  2. Package the product in its original packaging, unopened and untouched, and place it in a protective box or envelope.

  3. Drop it off at the courier office.

  4. We will process the refund once the product has been received and inspected.

Conditions:

  • Only returns of products unopened and with the seal intact will be accepted.

  • The amount will be refunded to the same payment method within 3 to 10 business days.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless there was an error on our part or the product was defective).


📦 Undelivered or refused shipments

If the package is returned to us due to "incorrect address," "not collected," or "undelivered," you can choose between:

  • Product refund (excluding shipping costs)

  • Reshipment of the order at no additional cost (once confirmed)

⚠️ Important:
If you refuse delivery without prior notification, and the package does not return to our warehouse, we will not be able to process the refund.


🛡️ "Love it or your money back" Guarantee

We believe in the quality of our products and their ability to improve your well-being. That's why we offer a special guarantee for your first order:

If you don't love NAÏA, we'll give you your money back for:

  • 1 open bag of functional coffee (per customer)

Conditions:

  • Only applies to the first order

  • You must write to us within 30 days of receipt

  • It is not necessary to return the opened product

  • If multiple bags were purchased, only one opened unit will be refunded

To claim your guarantee, simply send an email to info@drinknaia.com with your order number and we will guide you through the process.


❗ Exceptions

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Opened products (except for the special guarantee mentioned)

  • Products tampered with, broken, or without their original packaging

  • Requests submitted after the deadline
